We are an established real estate team in search of an awesome licensed real estate agent who can work effectively from home and is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done! The primary purpose of the Client Care Specialist role is to provide great service to our Seller clients, answer their questions, field offers from buyers and their agents, and negotiate the offer and repair requests.
The applicant must be a fully licensed NC broker (or provisional broker who will take the classes asap to be a full broker) and someone willing to get their SC license ASAP at our expense.
The right candidate will be comfortable talking with people on the phone, communicating effectively by email and text, and also familiar with using electronic systems, including the MLS, e-signature program, Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive, just to name a few.
Real estate is a seasonal business, which means we have certain times of the year that are busier than others. The Client Care Specialist role is not a full-time role by itself (generally between 10-15 hours per week), but there will be times, especially early on during the learning curve of starting a new position and during our busy season, that you may need to work more hours than normal. Hours are somewhat flexible, but you'll need to work every 4th weekend due to contracts coming in every day. There are three other people sharing this role to handle the workload, so you will work as a team to cover for each other when people are out during the day, on weekends, on vacations, or out for illness.
The candidate will also work with his or her own Buyer or Seller clients and accept company-generated Buyer leads to close additional real estate deals to earn extra income as an agent. As such, the applicant must be willing to affiliate with our company only for all real estate transactions. Additional non-commission income can also be earned by completing listing appointments for the team, where you are paid per appointment rather than waiting for a successful closing.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Real Estate Agent
- Excellent communication skills
- Real Estate Agent experience
- Ability to create a Comparative Market Analysis
- Computer and phone skills (ex., MLS, Gmail, e-signature programs, etc)
