Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented, entry-level Project Coordinator to assist with ITAR-related projects . The role involves supporting project managers, coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring project timelines and compliance requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project tasks.
Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders.
Track progress and escalate issues when needed.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
Ensure ITAR compliance and handle related administrative duties.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree.
Experience: Entry-level; prior project coordination exposure preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Must be a (ITAR compliance).
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with project management tools.
Basic understanding of project lifecycles.
Strong problem-solving and time management.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
