Service Advisor Responsibilities:

Responsible for Dispatching Mobile Service Trucks As Service Is Requested
Facilitating Customer Repairs
Greeting Customers As They Enter the Service Department
Communicating with Customers Throughout the Repair Process
Ensuring That Customers Understand the Process from Start to Repair Completion
Preparing Paperwork for Customers
Managing Several Computer Systems Simultaneously
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction

Service Advisor Requirements

Valid Driver’s License
High School Graduate (Ged Equivalent)
Has a Great Personality
Can Work in a Fast-paced Environment
Good Organization Skills
Detail Oriented and Flexible
Dependable, Ethical, Honest, Accountable, Trustworthy, Must Be a Team Player, and Have a Positive Attitude
