What You’ll Do:
As an Entry-Level Real Estate Agent, you will:
• Receive personalized training and mentorship from experienced industry professionals
• Learn how to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close transactions
• Help buyers and sellers navigate real estate deals with confidence
• Build your pipeline through proven prospecting methods
• Work on your schedule with both in-person and remote options
• Set income goals—and create the path to hit them with support and structure

Who We’re Looking For: • Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agents (state license required or in progress)
• Self-starters who are eager to build a real estate business
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable with technology and online communication tools
• Strong desire to work independently while being part of a results-driven team
Responsibilities:
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting and relationship-building activities.
• Collaborate with our team to create and implement effective marketing strategies that showcase properties and attract buyers.
• Utilize technology and online tools to manage client interactions, schedule showings, and streamline transaction processes.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship sessions to continuously enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
• Set and pursue personal income goals with the support of our structured systems and resources.
• Engage in community events and networking opportunities to expand your professional presence and build lasting connections.
Qualifications:
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.
• Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude.
