Job Description

**Job Title: Construction Laborer** We are seeking dedicated construction laborers to join our team, with responsibilities including loading and unloading super sacks of concrete to meet production goals, operating equipment, site clean-up, moving materials, and occasionally assisting with printing tasks. **Responsibilities** + Load and unload super sacks of concrete every 30 minutes to maintain production goals. + Operate construction equipment regularly, including JCB 510 and Manitu models. + Participate in site clean-up and assist in moving materials. + Collaborate with the team on diverse tasks and projects. + Maintain a team-first mentality, contributing to a collaborative work environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work flexible shifts, including 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts as needed. + Willingness to relocate and work at different job sites as required. **Work Environment** The work environment is entirely outdoors, involving construction site activities. Shifts vary from 7 AM to 7 PM for day shifts and 7 PM to 7 AM for night shifts. Flexibility in shift rotation and site assignments is necessary, with guaranteed hours and potential for overtime. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
